Holiday Gifts
For many families facing hardship, the holidays can unfortunately create the dilemma of having to choose between paying for necessities and providing gifts for their children.
Thanksgiving Baskets
Each year, Mountain Family Center provides the items needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving meal — including a frozen turkey — to over 400 local families.
Backpacks & School Supplies
Using supply lists provided by the schools and funds generously donated by the community, MFC provides backpacks filled with supplies for students in-need.
Kids Coats & Boots
If anything could be considered “essential” for a child living in Grand County, it would be winter clothing. Each year, we distribute cold-weather gear to over 150 children.
