Meet Our Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, Mandi Schott
My name is Mandi and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. I have over 15 years of experience providing case management services to adults and families in the non-profit setting as a family development specialist. I recently went on to fulfill a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Adams State University.
I provide an eclectic approach to therapy that is tailored to meet the needs of each individual client- whether you are looking for traditional talk therapy or creative hands-on ideas for expressing yourself. I am passionate about helping clients learn the skills to connect with their true selves, deal with life’s difficulties, and live a life of alignment and fulfillment.
My goal is to meet you where you are at in your journey and support you in finding the movement and hope needed to feel happy with yourself and your life. Together we will focus on your natural strengths and interests, and I will offer you warmth, curiosity, and unconditional positive regard. I honor the courage it takes for you to seek therapy, and I consider it a true privilege to be able to engage in this meaningful work together. By creating a safe space together, therapy will be a place where you can freely explore your experience, express yourself authentically, and come to a place of acceptance and peace.”
