Grand County: Grocery gift cards available for food pantry clients to purchase the items needed for a Thanksgiving meal. Gift cards allow community members the flexibility to prepare holiday foods that fit their own family traditions!
We will accept applications for gift cards at the Granby and Kremmling food pantry locations from November 1 to November 13, 2026. Must be a Grand County resident AND current food pantry client to participate.
Jackson County: “Thanksgiving Baskets” will be given out in Walden to Jackson County families in need of a little extra help this year. The baskets will include all the fixin’s to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal, including a frozen turkey!
