About Katie
Katie was born and raised in Littleton, CO but fell in love with Grand County when she started visiting Winter Park in 2006. She and her husband, Andrew, made the big move up to the mountains in the fall of 2014 when Andrew accepted a job as an Electrician at Winter Park Resort. They are now proud to call Tabernash home! Katie graduated from CSU with a degree in International Soil and Crop Science and after working in various positions related to agriculture and community development, she joined the MFC team as the Marketing and Events Coordinator in October of 2016. Previous roles at MFC include Marketing and Events Coordinator, Community Programs Manager and currently, Health and Senior Resource Specialist. She helps connect community members to grants and resources for vision, dental, hearing, Cancer Fund and aging-related needs. She has always been interested in helping people, and loves being part of an organization that empowers individuals and families to identify their strengths and accomplish their goals. katie@mountainfamilycenter.org.
