Grand Seniors transportation is the basis for much of its existing programming and remains its most vital service offered to area seniors and adults living with disabilities.

Transportation for Scheduled Medical Appointments

Need assistance getting to a doctor’s appointment? Grand Seniors provides transportation for medical appointments both in- and out-of-county. We DO NOT PROVIDE EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911. Rides available Monday-Thursday from 8am-4pm. Call 970-887-3222 for your reservation. Please call at least 72 business hours in advance for in-county travel and at least 1-2 weeks in advance for out-of-county travel.

Senior Meal Transportation

Transportation is available for those needing a ride to any of the senior meal gatherings, including Lunch and Learns, Sagebrush Wednesday lunch, Kremmling meal site, or other meal gatherings, as our schedule allows. Please call 970-887-3222 at least 1 week in advance for meal transportation.

Suggested Contributions Per Trip

Your contribution to our Transportation Program helps fund our fuel, insurance, driver’s wages, and vehicle maintenance so we can get you where you need to go. Grand Seniors does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in employment or provisions of services. Even if you cannot afford to donate the suggested contribution amount, we will never deny you a ride!

(Rides are available to seniors age 60+, and Medicaid holders age 18+ with a disability)


Within Grand County (round trip)

  • Trip to lunch site: $3
  • Daytime trips within your own town limits: $3
  • Other trips within Grand County: $7

Outside of County (round trip)

  • Denver/Summit County/Steamboat medical trips: $40

    (Suggested guest fee for all trips: $5. Guests are currently limited)

Grand Seniors Title VI and Non-Discrimination Statement

Anyone who believes they have been discriminated against by MFC Grand Seniors on the basis of race, color, or national origin (ancestry) (Title VI), or on the basis of religion (creed), gender, gender expression, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, military status, or any other status under applicable local, state, or federal law may file a Title VI and Other Discrimination Complaint Form. MFC Grand Seniors investigates all complete complaints received no more than 180 days after the alleged incident.
