Pilot Program to Begin in West Grand K-5

In a wonderful collaboration with West Grand School District, Mountain Family Center will coordinate with the K-8 Kremmling Schools to provide a "Resource Tote" for children grades K-5 receiving free or reduced lunches (about 46% of the population) and other families who are in need but do not qualify for free and reduced program or who are hesitant to sign up for the program.
The tote will be filled with child-appropriate nutritional food to help these families feed their children through the three-day weekend! It will also provide information on the importance of good nutrition in child-development as well as other important resource information.
YOUR HELP IS NEEDED! Mountain Family Center has received a matching grant of up to $5,000. For each dollar you donate to this program, Mountain Family Center will receive another dollar from this grant!
